The apartment is designed to provide both comfort and cosiness throughout your stay. The living room and kitchen are gathered in an open and inviting family room, where you can gather to cook good meals, share stories from the day's experiences or just relax together. On cool evenings, you can light the fireplace and find peace in the pleasant surroundings – the perfect setting for a relaxing evening indoors.

After a day of exploring in the mountains, the bath – which is equipped with its own sauna – invites you to lower your shoulders, warm up your body and recharge your batteries. Enjoy the pleasant warmth and let the day's impressions calm down, before you find peace for the evening.

The apartment is located in the middle of the mountain area Nesfjellet, and is a fantastic starting point for experiencing everything the mountain has to offer, through all seasons. Enjoy fresh mountain air, beautiful surroundings and the best of Norwegian mountain life - from active days out in nature to quiet mornings and warm evenings inside.

The cabin is thoughtfully designed to create a warm and relaxing atmosphere – the perfect place to find peace and enjoy valuable time with family and friends. After a day of skiing, hiking, or exploring the beautiful mountain surroundings, you can return to the cabin's warm comfort, curl up in front of the fireplace, and let the peaceful atmosphere descend. For extra relaxation, take a trip to the sauna and let your body recover from the day's outdoor adventures.

Step out onto the private terrace and enjoy the magnificent mountain scenery. Whether it's a fresh winter evening with snow-capped mountains, or a long summer afternoon in the sunshine, the terrace is a lovely place to unwind and appreciate the beauty of nature. Practical information

Consumables such as toilet paper, soap, matches, candles, coffee and coffee capsules and more are not included in the stay and must be brought by the guests.

Bed linen and towels are not included, but can be rented through Nesfjellet Booking. A booked bed linen package includes sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases, as well as one large and one small towel per person.

There is enough firewood inside the cabin on arrival. If you need more firewood during your stay, you must either bring your own or buy through Nesfjellet Booking.

The cabin is equipped with a Nespresso machine. Feel free to bring your own Nespresso capsules if you want to use this.

Final cleaning is included in your stay, so you can end your holiday and return home without having to clean the cabin yourself.

In winter, we recommend good winter tires and that you bring a chain, as the weather and driving conditions in the mountains can change quickly.

Inside the cabin you will find a QR code that links to an information letter. This should be read both on arrival and before departure.

Pets are not allowed

Location and activities

Dandelion has a great location on Nesfjellet, with easy access to a wide range of activities all year round. During the winter months, you can explore the great cross-country trails in the area or visit Nesfjellet Alpin, a family-friendly ski resort with 15 slopes, ski rental and ski school.

Summer offers good opportunities for both hiking and cycling. Nesfjellet Bike Park offers lift-based cycling, and in the area of the alpine center you will also find a playground, trampoline area and a 9-hole frisbee golf course.

Nesfjellet Golf is also nearby. Here you will find a great 9-hole mountain golf course with a driving range, practice greens and a golf café.

For cycling enthusiasts, Hallingspranget is a highlight – a 17-kilometre-long flow path that takes you from the top of Nesfjellet all the way down to the centre of Nesbyen.

Nesfjellet is also a great starting point for day trips to several of Hallingdal's popular family attractions. Langedrag Nature Park is about 30 minutes away, Bjørneparken in Flå about 45 minutes away, and Tropicana Water Park at Gol about 40 minutes away. These are approximate driving times that have also been used in previous cabin descriptions.
